Spectra IT Solution offer either ad-hoc support or a comprehensive maintenance contract. Whilst we are always happy to help with any IT related problem, we believe in IT support being proactive rather than reactive; this is why our maintenance contracts offer enhanced benefits that help keep your network reliable and secure.
Maintenance contracts can be tailored to include all or any of the following:
- Monitoring of backups
- Server alerts
- Antivirus updates
- Ensuring up to date service packs and patches
- Telephone support
- Remote support
Any warning messages get sent to a dedicated email address and are automatically forwarded to our engineers' mobile phones in order that any issues can be responded to quickly.
On every maintenance contract we perform a monthly check on your server(s) which will allow us, in many cases, to spot a potential problem before it becomes critical.

In order to protect your investment ongoing maintenance is strongly recommended. This is in full compliance with the CCTV Code of Practice.

Full Preventive Maintenance Contract
- Includes annual preventive maintenance visits appropriate to the size of system with full reports provided
- All service calls are inclusive should problems occur between those visits
- Replacement/repair of defective equipment, including Hard Drive failures even complete DVR replacement
- Dome cameras are expected to fail within 18-36 months when used regularly.
- This means minimum down time for our customer’s systems
- 24 Hour Free Technical Support
- Access to our customer support portal for technical assistance
- Compliance with CCTV Code of Practice
Service Only Contract
- We also offer a Service Only Contract which does not include any replacement equipment but can prevent costly problems occurring.
- One or two service visits per year in compliance with the CCTV code of Practice
- Full Service Report
- Benefit of extensive service stock to prevent unnecessary system down time
- Includes provision of one of our Cherry Pickers if required
